A verification badge means Kirayah reviewed the required information. It does not guarantee a property, person, condition, transaction, or future conduct.
No payments through Kirayah
Kirayah does not collect rent, deposits, or token payments in this release. Token records document payments made outside Kirayah. Always visit first and independently verify payment instructions.
Respect and safety
Harassment, discrimination, fraud, misleading listings, unsafe behaviour, and attempts to evade safety controls are not allowed. Kirayah may pause content or restrict accounts while concerns are reviewed.
Your rental agreement
Owners and tenants are responsible for their own checks, agreement, taxes, permissions, and compliance with applicable Pakistani law. Kirayah records do not replace a signed tenancy agreement or professional advice.
These pilot terms require final legal review. The legal entity and governing jurisdiction will be added after owner approval.
