We handle account details, listing information, rental requests, bookings, messages, support requests, reports, and records you choose to create during a tenancy.
Identity documents
CNIC images are kept in private storage. They are used for verification and are available only to authorised Kirayah staff during review. They are never displayed on public profiles.
Location and contact privacy
Public listings show an approximate location. Exact coordinates remain private. Phone and email details are revealed only after a rental request is accepted.
Evidence and retention
Submitted checklists, receipts, maintenance photos, disputes, and safety reports may be retained to preserve an accurate rental record and investigate concerns. Access is limited to relevant participants and authorised staff.
Your choices
You can adjust notification preferences in your account and contact support to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for safety, dispute, or legal reasons.
